Welcome!
As you can probably tell, this site isn't completely up yet. We're working on getting in there. We're currently in a Live building state, where we have the site live, but created and add on to it as we go.

The forums are the core of our site, and are fully operational, so please come visit us in the forums! Make friends who share the same music!
If you have any ideas, or suggestions, please contact us via email, or in the forums.
Need Writers
As you can see, The news section here isn't updated very often. This is due to not having enough staff to write news and post it.
If you are interesting in practicing your writing skills, and being published on a website, please contact me ASAP.
The news will have to be 100% original (written completely by you).
You will receive full credit for anything you post on MJGZ. Rght now all work will be volunteer. May change someday if the site takes off.
If you are interested, please contact me . Thanks

Slash Attacked during Milan Show

By josh in News, June 16, 2010

Last Updated:  June 16th, 2010. 1:36pm CST

The once guitarist for Guns N’ Roses, and my opinion the one who made the band what it was, was recently attacked by a fan during a performance in Milan, Italy.

The Musician wasn’t injured thanks to fast acting bodyguards who quickly ran after the crazed fan, who was only able to lay a hand on Slash before the fan was tackled off the stage. Slash was bumped a little, but quickly picked his guitar back up and continued the guitar solo to “Sweet Child O’ Mine”.

Slash said the following on his Facebook page: “What’d I say? Rowdy crowd for sure. But amazing! The guy who nailed me didn’t take me down but he busted my poor guitar. Ah well, it was a kick-ass rock show.”

You can watch the video of the incident below:

A lot of new features!

By josh in Site News / Updates, August 17, 2010

I haven’t been posting much on the main site. I have been working hard on getting the site up and running properly, and tweaking stuff here and there.

A lot of the work has been done in the forums. Trying to create a place for our community to grow, and it does take some work.

Blogs:
A new blog section has been added to the site. We want to keep the News section clean, and only about the facts. Writers will be able to post their opinions and commentary in the blog section.

Arcade / Game System:
I have set up the Arcade/Game System in the forums. Members can play games and compete each other for the high score. Visit the Arcade.

Store & Point System:
MJGZ Virtual store is another addition to the MJGZ Community. The store will basically be used for our hosted downloads. Members will earn points for posting and being active in our community forums. These points can be used to purchase downloads, and special items from the store. Visit Store | Read more about the point system.

Song never gets old – Running to the edge of the world!

By josh in Josh, August 23, 2010

I originally wrote this on my personal site, but thought I’d share it here as well, since this is my music blog Open-mouthed smile

This song seriously never gets old to me, I love it so much!
It’s “Running To The Edge of the World”, by Marilyn Manson.

I can listen to this song over and over and never get sick of it. And I probably heard it thousands of times in the past year. Love it.
I probably have written about it before.

Anyways, I wanna write about it again and share it, some of you may love it as well:
